Relief Disbursement Information:
- PSMFC is in the final stages of processing information for 2019 Columbia River, 2019 Willapa Bay, 2020 Ocean Troll, and both 2019/2020 Puget Sound applicants. Relief disbursement is expected to occur by 9/12/2025.
-
2020 Ocean Charter applicants were sent copies of a secondary worksheet/affidavit by both mail and email. This form must be completed in order to receive payment. During the review of initial applications, it became apparent that some applicants had applied without conducting any paid salmon angler trips in Marine Zones 1-4. Only paid salmon angler trips that occurred in Marine Zones 1-4 are eligible for documenting lost trips in 2020.
The updated worksheet requires applicants to do one of the following:
-
Attest that all previously documented trips occurred in Marine Zones 1-4;
-
Update their number of paid salmon angler trips for their best year (2015–2019) and for 2020; or
-
Attest that no trips occurred in Marine Zones 1-4 and request to withdraw their application, as it does not meet the eligibility criteria for these relief funds.
Completed forms must be emailed to WAFishDisaster@psmfc.org no later than 5:00 pm PDT on 9/12/2025.
