Permit Holder applications opened at 12:00 pm AKDT on Monday, August 25, 2025.

Permit Holder applications closed at  12:00 pm AKST on November 24, 2025.

Late applications were not accepted. 

Relief checks for permit holders were mailed on 1/26/2026. If you applied but have not yet received a relief check, please write to: AKFishDisaster@psmfc.org
