2018 and 2020 Copper River and Prince William Sound Salmon Disasters

CREW MEMBERS

Crew members who were employed by qualifying permit holders in 2018 and/or 2020 must complete and submit a total of (3) documents. Those include 1) Crew Member application, 2) Crew Member Affidavit, and 3) W-9 Form.

 

Please note, the crew member affidavit MUST be signed by a qualifying permit holder (or vessel owner for drift gillnet or seine fisheries). Please review the State of Alaska’s spend plan to confirm that you meet the minimum qualifications before applying for relief. 

 

Crew Members will have until Friday, March 28th, 2025 to submit their applications. 

 

Failure to submit all (3) documents may lead to disqualification:

PERMIT HOLDERS

Applications to qualifying permit holders will be mailed on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024.

Permit Holders will have until Friday, February 28th, 2025 to submit their applications. 

 

PROCESSORS

Applications to qualifying processing companies were mailed on Monday, November 18th, 2024.

Processing Companies had until Tuesday, February 18th, 2025 to submit their applications. 

Tender Vessel Owners had until Friday, February 21st, 2025 to submit their applications.
