PERMIT HOLDERS
- Applications opened at 12:00 pm AKST on 3/2/2026.
- Applications closed at 12:00 pm AKDT on 6/1/2026.
- Late applications were not be accepted.
Initial relief checks were mailed on Monday, June 8th, 2026.
A second round of relief checks were mailed on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Additional funds became available due to not all who qualified for relief submitting an application. Both Winter and Summer fishery participants will receive a second check.
Please wait until after Monday, October 12th before reaching out to inquire into the status of your check. This allows adequate time for postal delivery or return processing if your check is undeliverable. If a check is returned, PSMFC staff will attempt to contact recipients to confirm or update mailing information.
PSMFC will not entertain questions related to check statuses until after Monday, October 12th. For questions after October 12th, please contact us at AKFishDisaster@psmfc.org

CREW MEMBERS
- Applications are scheduled to open at 12:00 pm AKST on 3/16/2026.
- Applications are scheduled to close at 12:00 pm AKDT on 7/14/2026.
- Late applications will not be accepted.
Relief checks were mailed on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Crew payments were capped at $5,000 for each crew member who applied before the deadline.
