2019-2020 Washington Salmon: Columbia River, Willapa Bay, Puget Sound, and Ocean Troll/Charter Fisheries

Relief Checks for the 2019 and 2020 Washington salmon disasters were mailed on Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

This includes all sectors including:

• 2019 Puget Sound, 2019 Columbia River, and 2019 Willapa Bay
• 2020 Puget Sound, 2020 Ocean Troll, and 2020 Ocean Charter. 

If you applied and are expecting a relief check, please wait until at least Monday, October 27th before contacting the Commission. This will allow sufficient time for your check to either be delivered (to the address provided at time of application) or for the USPS to return to sender as undeliverable. Requests received before 10/27/2025 will not be entertained or responded to.
