Late submissions will not be accepted. This is not a first come, first serve program. Relief payments will not be made until after the close of the minimum 90-day application period.

Applications can only be submitted through PSMFC’s online portal, which requires a unique 8-digit ID. Notifications containing the weblink, QR code, and unique IDs were mailed during the week of February 24, 2025, to the address on record with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW). Please allow at least two weeks for delivery before contacting us. As the Commission is managing multiple disasters, staff will not begin responding to requests for unique IDs until after March 17, 2025.
