PERMIT HOLDERS
- Applications for eligible S01E and S03E permit holders opened at 12:00 pm AKST on Monday, February 23, 2026.
- Applications closed at 12:00 pm AKDT on Monday, May 25, 2026.
- Late applications will not be accepted.
Relief checks were mailed to S01E and S03E permit holders on Friday, June 6th.
Please wait until after Monday, June 29th before reaching out to inquire into the status of your check. This allows adequate time for postal delivery or return processing if your check is undeliverable. If a check is returned, PSMFC staff will attempt to contact recipients to confirm or update mailing information. PSMFC will not entertain questions related to check statuses until after Monday, June 29th. For questions after Monday, June 29th, please contact us at AKFishDisaster@psmfc.org

Applications are currently being reviewed and processed. At this time, we are anticipating that relief may be disbursed by the end of August, 2026.
Per the terms of this relief program, applicants contacted for errors, omissions, or where concerns have been identified will have two weeks to respond. As originally instructed, please ensure you are monitoring the email address provided at the time of application as this will be the method in which PSMFC contacts you should your application require an amendment.
