PERMIT HOLDERS
- Applications for eligible S01E and S03E permit holders are expected to open at 12:00 pm AKST on Monday, February 23, 2026.
- Once opened, applications will remain available until 12:00 pm AKDT on Monday, May 25, 2026.
- Late applications will not be accepted.
- Application notices, which include the unique ID required to apply, will be mailed the week of February 16, 2026, to the address currently on file with the CFEC.
- Permit holders who believe they are eligible but have not received their notice with the required unique ID by Monday, March 9, 2026, should contact AKFishDisaster@psmfc.org to request a duplicate.
CREW MEMBERS
- Crew Member applications for those who worked for eligible S01E and S03E permit holders will open at 12:00 pm AKST on Monday, February 23, 2026.
- Once opened, applications will remain available until 12:00 pm AKDT on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
- Late applications will not be accepted.
- Crew members are required to validate their employment by uploading a 2020 Prince William Sound Pink and Coho Crew Member Affidavit This form must be completed by the eligible S01E or S03E permit holder who employed the crew member or by the respective vessel owner.
